As the new year begins, companies hold opening ceremonies and new year events to re-energize their teams.

One essential element for these occasions is light, polished catering.

Chef's Table Catering recently provided finger food catering at a Hyundai Department Store employee awards ceremony.

For this event, the key requirement was a catering setup that would fit naturally into the flow of a formal awards ceremony without disrupting the official atmosphere.

With that in mind, we focused on easy-to-eat finger foods, presented with clean plating and a tidy table arrangement that blended seamlessly into the event space.

This kind of finger food catering — originally prepared for a year-end awards ceremony — is also a great fit for new year opening ceremonies, department team gatherings, and other early-year corporate events where guests exchange brief greetings over light refreshments rather than sitting down for a full meal.
